Special Projects Division

Sordoni Construction Services created the Special Projects Division to complement our existing range of services. The SPD handles projects at all levels and budgets, with a focus on projects of modest size or with unique construction challenges.

Services are tailored to the individual needs of the client and can include a full range of preconstruction and construction services, from estimating and purchasing to scheduling and cost management.

The SPD implements streamlined procedures allow quick project completion while delivering the same degree of Sordoni management expertise and project controls of which our clients are accustomed. Services for projects can be based upon budget estimates or contracted through competitive bidding.
