William E. Sordoni
President

As President of Sordoni Construction Services, Inc., William E. Sordoni represents the fourth generation of Sordoni family leadership. Bill oversees strategic planning, operating and financial performance, business development, human resources, and client satisfaction. He is a Trustee of Susquehanna University and serves on the board of directors for several regional business and civic organizations. Mr. Sordoni’s education includes a BS in Business Administration from Susquehanna University.

Jonathan S. Reif
Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Reif joined Sordoni as VP/COO in 2008, bringing with him more than thirty years of expertise in the construction industry. He oversees operations, integrating estimating, project management, business development and staff development with the company’s strategic goals. Mr. Reif’s project experience totals more than $1 billion in construction. He holds a BS and MS in Civil Engineering, both from Drexel University.

Dino J. Galli, LEED AP
Vice President of Preconstruction

Mr. Galli has thirty years experience with Sordoni and was promoted to Vice President of Preconstruction in 2010. He maintains a well-earned reputation in the regional architectural and construction community. Mr. Galli leads projects through concept development, budgeting, scheduling and procurement. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and Green Advantage Certified Practitioner and holds a BS in Engineering from Penn State University.

Jennifer Pocius Davis, LEED AP
Vice President of Business Development

Jennifer Davis joined Sordoni in 2008 as Director of Business Development. She is responsible for business development, marketing, and client and community relations. Ms. Davis is a LEED Accredited Professional and Green Advantage Certified Practitioner, and has taught at Marywood University as an adjunct faculty member. She holds a BA in Design of the Environment and a Master of Architecture degree, both from the University of Pennsylvania.

Anthony S. Bevilaqua
Manager, Special Projects Division

Tony Bevilaqua brings more than thirty years of construction expertise to Sordoni, with experience as a laborer, carpenter, project foreman, superintendent and project manager. As Manager of the Special Projects Division, he oversees estimating, scheduling, and project management for mid-size or unique projects.  Mr. Bevilaqua holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Luzerne County Community College.

James M. Miller
General Superintendent

Jim Miller joined Sordoni in 1973 as a layout engineer. As Quality Control Manager/General Superintendent, he is responsible for supervising field superintendents, developing and implementing quality control objectives, and overseeing job site safety, schedule, cost, labor, and technical construction issues.  Mr. Miller also manages the company’s self-performance work in concrete and carpentry.

Maria Scappaticci
Director of Human Resources

Maria Scappaticci fulfills a dual role at Sordoni as both Director of Human Resources and Accounting Manager. Her twenty years of accounting experience, paired with her longevity at Sordoni, have enhanced her ability to oversee payroll, financial statement preparation and other miscellaneous accounting functions while also handling benefit administration, employee motivation and performance management. Ms. Scappaticci holds a BS degree in Accounting and Computer & Information Systems from King’s College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Scranton.
