A four story, 94,500 SF multi-occupancy building developed through a public/private partnership.  The ground floor consists of classrooms, a restaurant, and a 13,000 SF daycare center.  The three upper stories are apartment-style suites housing 165 students.  The project was completed on a 10-month construction schedule.
