As a GC, Sordoni performs concrete, carpentry, demolition and other trade work with a team of our own skilled forces.

This traditional project delivery system is best suited to straightforward projects with a clearly defined project scope.  Design drawings, specifications and contract packages are completed, the project is bid by contractors, and the owner agrees to pay a lump sum price for construction without requiring a cost breakdown.
